American Society Of Cinematographers – Asc Awards 2022. Recognising excellence in cinematography the ASC Awards honour the extraordinary work of directors of photography who have excelled in the art and craft of visual storytelling in feature films episodics and documentaries. The annual ceremony will be held at the ASC Clubhouse in Hollywood and live streamed worldwide. The American Society of Cinematographers was founded in Hollywood in 1919 with the dual purpose of advancing the art and science of cinematography and bringing cinematographers.

Recognizing excellence in cinematography the ASC Awards honor the extraordinary work of directors of photography who have excelled in the art and craft of visual storytelling in feature films episodics and documentaries. The cinematographer and director was one of the first to be invited into the Society for non-fiction work. The award is given by the American Society of Cinematographers Winners and nominees 1980s.
